The ALUP ASSURED-Contract Plan is ideal for all customers that require a reliable, energy efficient source of compressed air for medium and longer term applications with capped all inclusive monthly payments.

The new Contract Plan allows you to see the true cost of your system allowing ease of budgeting and the security of not having to worry about unexpected costs for maintenance, repairs or breakdowns. The plan allows you access to professional service personnel who are trained in all aspects of our technology to ensure that your system keeps on going. In addition to all planned maintenance the contract plan also provides you with an annual energy audit and compressed air report allowing you to benefit from the latest energy management technology that is employed in our compressors. We also bring to your attention via the annual report any areas where you can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your equipment in order to provide maximum efficiency and to provide environmental security, so you stay in control of your compressed air system whilst reducing your costs.

What's Covered in Your Contract Plan

We expect our equipment to work hard for your business and therefore we have created the ideal service and support package in order to keep your system efficient and reliable and working for you. We make sure that you benefit from stringent yet convenient service supported by only factory ALUP approved service personnel using of course genuine parts and advanced lubricants whilst our latest equipment allows us access to full diagnostic and preventative maintenance technology. You can be assured that we take every precaution to maintain your systems performance and reliability.

SERVICING - Includes labour and also materials and lubricants

REPLACEMENT MACHINE - Should the machine be irreparable a replacement machine will be provided

OUT SIDE NORMAL WORKING HOURS SERVICE (Optional) - Normal working hours are between 8.00am till 5.00pm Monday - Friday, extended out of normal hour service can also be provided - details on request

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS
- Damage due to weather, flood or other environmental occurrences
- Damage due to misuse
- Damage due to electrical failure
- Consequential loss or damage due either to the use or inability to use the equipment
